Satisfaction Guarantee My goal is to provide you the same level of service your families expect from you.  I want to merit your trust.  I fully understand this relationship of trust. These rates are priced to encourage use whenever possible. You can expect for each removal or transportation the staff is dressed in a professional business attire. My guarantee is 100% satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with my embalming, you do not pay. Due to costs, this guarantee does not include transportation and /or removal services. Due to a full-time job outstide of my mortuary service, I am usually not available during normal business hours.  Keeping this in mind, I offer my services during after-hours at a minimal cost.  If you need assistance during normal business hours, please call me.  I may be off that day.  I have set these rates in a manner to draw as much business in as possible while meeting the normal business expenses including vehicle payments and insurances.  Using your facility for preparation will keep my fees minimal as well.
